Ahem! On a more serious note. The purpose of every and all types of stress is to give you some sort of message, to teach you a lesson, to make you realize something very important.
If you feel stressed (which I believe you sincerely seem to be), then take the questions that are coming to your head from what you have experienced, and take those as a hint of that message and discover an answer for it. When you discover the answer that will allow you to lead your life prosperously, your stress shall vanish.
If you feel confused, that is because you did not predict/expect this to happen, if you did… you could have instructed your brain what to do when this happens. Since you didn’t, your brain is (likely) panicking because it does not have sufficient instructions to function upon.
