    Hey guys sorry I got on late i’ve been trying to sleep all day cause it’s been like 3 days and I can’t sleep so yeah haha anyway just gonna be on for a few and also idk what this is and i’ve tried sleeping things to help but none of them work they just make me way more tired and it hurts so if anyone can give advice it would really help, thanks.

    It’s pretty nice here but loud in the mornings except out near mountains an the obvious places that not many people live and rush hour where I live is quiet loud too :P but I would much rather live in Scotland haha

    I know that feeling all to well :/ but like Niklaus said if there acting like that get rid of em and make some new friends, I’ve meet some pretty cool people sense I’ve stopped talking to my other friend who did the same exact shit. Even making friends on here is great.

    I need help with this paranoia shit, I’m most comfortable facing my back towards the door (im to the right of the door when you walk in the room) but I keep thinking im hearing noises. As well as constantly being afraid of just like the most random things I can’t even open my door at night unless someone else is out in the hallway.
