That’s a lot of things you’re trying there all at once. Maybe you could just do one and go from there. One step, one thing at a time. A simple exercise is called 10:1 – You bless the first 10 people you meet in your day (a kind word, an encouraging thought, A note of encouragement, a quick prayer for them), and 1 random act of kindness each day. Ummm. While that sounds like 11 things, it is actually just one attitude focus, so it only counts as one thing…
