Try listening to relaxing music. Any kind of light actually keeps you awake. (Whether it be a TV, cellphone or computer.) Or you could try reading a book. I hope you can fall asleep soon!

You can also try taking a good long soak in the tub. a relaxing hot bath practically knocks me out.
