How are you dealing with it?

I am rememberig that pain is temporary no matter how long it lasts. Irremind myself that someone sees me as their best friend even if it isn’t anyone in my immediate area. I constantly tell myself that school and family comes before myself. These are temporary until I have time to think about myself, but they work.
