are you dealing with someone who has an anger issue, or just for yourself? sorry i guess i should have asked this. i was under the presumption you was asking in general while handling someone with anger.
@marikofujimoto I just let mines overwhelm me so much that I burst into laughter. Laughing is always a good remedy and just imaging yourself laughing about it years from now when you can try to do that now.
I meant for myself. I have no idea what’s going on lately but from one moment I’m perfectly fine, but in a matter of seconds any tiny thing can trigger alot of anger. So much anger to the point my whole body feels sick. So yes, any advice?
