@oliver thank you so much, as always you offer kind words of motivation which I truly apreciate . And actually tomorrow I’m going for a doctor’s appointment to check it out. I believe is based on anxiety cause I put pressure on myself when I exercise, but we’ll see. Either way thank you so much
Regarding jogging; Military Cadence is your best bet unless you can find a song that has good motivational message to push through with rhythm to your steps. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYFIxxle1gc ) amazing song to sing to while running. Recommended to get a partner it still can be done on your own, but as you never done it may be hard to be consistent in your pace. So much better with a huge group.
@marikofujimoto The Couch25k program could help you build your stamina without overdoing it. Regarding not avoiding it, most often people suggest just making it to putting your running clothes on, once that happens, it’s done.
