    I hate being too tired to sleep. It doesn’t make sense.

    Mood : Restless
    • I can be the same exact way as well. Very odd huh? Hope you sleep soon (:

    • It’s the worst. It can move into insomnia. Try sleeping in a lazy boy, or a different place than normal. You trick your body into thinking it is just a nap – sometimes it sticks for a full blown sleep! Shut screens off a couple hours before you want to go to sleep. The light can mess with your brain, making it think it is more like day rather than night.

    • Try to find ways to help you sleep more easily @jillybean131, hope you manage to get a good rest, I’m always here if you need to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • Thank you for response. I ended up chugging some cough syrup and went to sleep for hours. I know that’s not altogether healthy, but I feel much better now that I’ve had some good sleep.

    • Yeah, it’s frustrating, my body wants sleep but my brain won’t let me. Sorry to hear you have this problem, also. Thank you for understanding.

    • We are never alone as long as Blahtherapy exists. I’m very grateful to have some support. It helps, tremendously.
