Try not to dwell on the past, and things that can’t be changed. Write each of these thoughts down, get them out of your system. Physically writing them out is more effective than trying to just push them from your mind. Maybe one day you’ll read back over them and some of them won’t seem so scary, and you’ll be able to say/do them
