Try smile love, I know how hard it is to lose someone who meant the world to you, Try get out or whatever you can do to get your mind off of the problem, make sure to talk to people whenever you’re feeling down, I’m here if you ever need, chin up. You’re beautiful

Try not to dwell on the past, and things that can’t be changed. Write each of these thoughts down, get them out of your system. Physically writing them out is more effective than trying to just push them from your mind. Maybe one day you’ll read back over them and some of them won’t seem so scary, and you’ll be able to say/do them
