@evolyn I think in these cases the advice is to cut some spaces just for you, where you are not reachable. A few hours without your phone here and there, regularly, making it the new norm, and redirecting the people who rely on you towards other people, or paid professionals, to fill in the gaps you need for yourself.
Do help others as much as you can but look after yourself too @evolyn, be there for others by listening and pointing them in the right direction of other places or organisations that can also support them when you need time to relax, everything will be OK, inbox me anytime if you want to chat or vent, stay strong, you are never alone (hugs)
