i’m perfect the way I am… it helps for me to be simple because once I try to do more, I can hear all the criticisms in my mind about how i’m not good enough and that’s not healthy so, I’m affirming to myself that I’m perfect the way I am and I’ve already done the best I could and that’s enough. I appreciate all the support and great things life offers me. I’m deserving of love, of patience and care.
