Apparently screens (from phones, laptops, etc.) reset your brain to day mode because of the light. Try shutting off electronics an hour or two before you want to sleep.
Try listening to relaxing or soothing sounds @lala-arduini or like @tanisha says shut off all electronics so you will sleep better, hope you manage to get a good rest Aiya, I’m always here for you (hugs)
