I just got good news. Apparently one of my cousins is running a ”all natural” store for over a year in my town. And guess what? She has yoga for a super cheap price. And after talking to her I discovered 1) alot of my family members are there, 2) yoga helps alot with anxiety. I seriously needed something like this , tomorrow I’ll oficially enter the class.
