You’re not thinking of him as a human being, you’re obsessing over him like a prize to be won, like a challenge to conquer. If he wants to be with you, then talking to him will show that evidence in due time.

We can’t make someone be ours. Love is not a game and people are not prizes. And why is he a womanizer? Because he won’t go out with you? Flip that around as if you were a man and he were a woman… you see what it looks like now? Plus, how do you know that he has feelings for you? It sounds like you’re assuming he does without actually knowing. Even if he does, it’s his responsibility to act on those, you can’t force him to respond to those.
