i live in oklahoma and i’m a moore ok tornado survivor. for two years i have been ultra sensitiive to storms/wind and today happens to be a very very windy day. i can hear it beating on my windows and banging the garbage cans outside. it’s making me very nervous. today i’m hypersensitive to every little sound i hear.

    Mood : Anxious
    • Try to stay calm and take deep breaths @cherokeedove, focus on things that put a smile on your face and that make you feel good, I want to see you feeling awesome and on top of the world, you can do it, keep going and never give up, I’m always here if you need someone to confide in, message me anytime, my inbox is always open, stay strong, you are never alone :) (hugs)

    • Please remain calm as possible. I understand how it feels to be traumatized by certain events but you have to remember that you will overcome it. Feel free to message me if you ever want to talk:)

    • Perhaps try wearing earphones/earbuds and listening to music to drown out those sounds?
Or if you ever have the time, go out and buy some earplugs, so you don’t have to listen to the strong winds whenever they occur.
