Ironically only books, studying, music and Supernatural can save me. Only materialistic things. Maybe that shows the type of person I am.
What’s important is that these things can and do help you. It’s better than nothing helping you at all. I don’t think that shows the type of person you are, though. We all have our own ways of coping, but those things do not define us.
That’s a bad way to put it imo. What saves you is the story in them and the message. That shows the type of person you are .
