Really, that’s an impossible thing to answer. You might never know unless you ask him. Another way to do it, i guess, is to cutely flirt with him. If he flirts back, it might say he likes you too. Try to hug him for a long period. Do something that shows you like him a lot. And, that should get him to say something, either asking you out (showing he likes you), or asking you to stop (showing he does not).
