So here’s kind of a funny story. A few minutes ago I just tried to catch a cricket with a plastic cup to put it outside. But it jumped out of the way by about a centimeter, and I accidentally squished it with the edge of the cup, and it kinda shocked me. I actually started crying and apologizing. It’s ridiculous and I feel silly, but I was really hurt. I’m over it now, but wow. Emotions don’t usually get the better of me quite like that, so it came as a bit of a surprise. I think even my dog thought so. He didn’t know how to react, he just stood there and looked at me, poor thing. xD

Anyway. I just think that all life has value. And I guess I just felt so horrible because I couldn’t save it. #failed again
